Conor Says: Amazing with Poppadum’s or cheese, in a stir fry or with a curry. I also love these with tortilla chips.

 This Mango Chutney is completely versatile and can be used as a sauce base, dip or sandwich spread. The ginger and chilli powder leave with a small kick at the end.

Ingredients: Mangoes, Panch Phoran spice blend (equal mix of cumin, fennel, mustard, nigella & fenugreek seeds), Peanut Oil, Ground Ginger, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Salt, Sugar, Vinegar, Citric Acid.
